ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
General Education
•Deploy and animate training programs for all axis (fragrance, makeup, skincare, selling skills) and adapt to the audiences (beauty consultants, office staff, and retail operators.) and formats (in-person, in-store, on stage, online etc.)
•Ensure engagement from the learners and apply the DG education strategy. Show group-dynamic acumen and empathy.
•Embody DG values and image, lead excellence by example and demonstrate excellence in product knowledge and services at the point of sale.
•Proactively adjust training materials and contents to meet specific audience needs.
In Store Support: Product and selling knowledge
•Support any sell-out initiative, animations, on-counter activities, event field support.
•Be the selling and service authority.
•Stay updated with the latest industry trends, competition, product advancements etc.
Training & Event: Logistics and Coordination
•Manage the end-to-end logistics for all training deployments, which includes material, products and tools ordering and deliveries. Ensuring adherence to the brand's guidelines and processes.
•Handle hotel reservations, catering arrangements, flights, and transportation within allocated budgets for beauty consultants.
•Facilitate credential requests and collaborate closely with field teams and operators to ensure seamless operations.
•Ensure all essential materials for training sessions are readily available, including modules, handouts, displays, kits, products, and digital content, while effectively managing the allocated budget.
Conduct training sessions, workshops, and presentations during Regional Seminars and Sales Meetings/Go to Market events
